rETURNS

all sales are final WITH THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS. 

ONLY DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED products will be given full exchange at no charge.

You MUST PRESENT THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT to be able to exchange or return ANY product.

The product must be identifiable with or without packaging

 

·Products can either be exchanged for the same item or for the equal amount in store credit

·Product dissatisfaction does not qualify as defective. 

Defective products include:

  • Flower or pre-rolls contaminated with mold, mites, or a foreign object

  • Damaged or leaking vape cartridges or batteries

  • Products with a broken seal or tamper sticker

  • Edibles contaminated with mold or foreign object

    Outside of defective products, returns are only performed under the circumstance that an error was made by the employee or the manufacturer during the transaction (Manager’s approval is required)
